The deliverables

By Demo Day, it's on offer.

Not a worksheet. A real service, a live portfolio and a real conversation with a potential client.

01

Built on their skill

One clear offer: who it's for, what's included, what it costs and how long it takes.

02

Sharpened with AI

They use AI for research, drafting and getting organised. A real workplace skill, used honestly.

03

Theirs to offer

A portfolio page, rate card and invoice template, plus a real outreach attempt.

Possible services

One skill. A real service.

The skill is theirs. Career Lab helps them package it so people will pay for it.

Questions parents ask

Common questions

Will my teen actually get paid?

The goal is a real outreach attempt and, ideally, one paying enquiry or confirmed conversation by Demo Day. Whatever happens, they learn from real responses.

How is outreach kept safe?

Outreach is only to people you know or approve. You're told before any client conversation, and no personal contact details are shared publicly.

Why is it 16 to 18 only?

Career Lab involves real outreach, money and representing themselves professionally, so it's designed for older teens.

How much does it cost?

£249 per mission. That covers Foundations, the five live sessions, the session replays and Demo Day.

When can I book?

Register interest and you'll hear first when the next Career Lab group opens.

Is it safe?

Yes. Small groups of older teens. DBS-checked facilitators who only ever contact you. A private Zoom with a waiting room, and a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Their skill. Their first client.

Watch the walkthrough together, then register interest so you're first to hear when places open.
